Quality control, testing & modification services, laboratory spectrometer – complete material test reports are available for all mrk valves and on all factory pipe, fittings & flanges. In addition to standard material testing performed at the manufacturing level. We maintain a spectrometer for the in house ability to issue certificates of chemistry which increases customer confidence and allows for a high level of quality control. All material test reports are permanently mainained and available for general reference.
Value testing: At the production level MRK valves are tested to and inspected to APi 598 and ISO applicalble standards.
